At Canyon State Dental in Chandler AZ, we want your first visit as a new patient — and everyone to follow — to be as relaxing and seamless as possible.
What to Expect During Your New Patient Visit
During your first visit, our team will:
- Review your dental and medical history forms
- Fully examine your teeth and gums
- Take x-rays of your mouth
- Check for cavities or early signs of tooth decay
- Clean and polish your teeth
- Create a customized treatment plan and answer your questions

We accept most major credit cards and insurance plans. And, to help you make the most informed decisions, we’ll discuss the cost of treatment before you begin.

No Dental Insurance? Consider Our In-House Membership Plan
At Canyon State Dental, we want patients to have access to consistent dental care, even without traditional dental insurance. Our In-House Dental Membership Plan offers reduced fees and preventive care benefits for individuals and families who do not have dental insurance.
The In-House Dental Membership Plan cannot be combined with dental insurance and expires one year from the date of purchase. Membership fees are non-refundable once the plan has been used. Prices and plan terms are subject to change, and some restrictions may apply.
Annual Membership
- Individual Member: $299 per year
- Member + 1 Dependent: $499 per year
- Family: $899 per year for up to 4 family members
- Additional Family Members: $150 each
Payment is accepted by cash, credit, or debit card.
Membership Plan Benefits
Your annual membership includes:
- 30% off UCR (Usual, Customary, and Reasonable) fees for dental services
- Comprehensive exam and bitewing X-rays every 6 months
- Full-mouth X-rays every 5 years, as long as the plan remains active
- Dental cleaning every 6 months, excluding periodontal scaling and root planing
- 2 emergency exams per plan year
- No waiting periods
- No limits on visits or the amount of dental care you can receive
